Ongoing CoachingVery often after initial goals are met, clients choose to come to counselling on a more sporadic basis. Meeting sometimes once every few weeks or even having longer durations between sessions for help in keeping focused on longer term goals and wellness.
This more ongoing coaching can involve reminding of previous successes. Often we further develop the strategies that have already been discussed in the previous counselling process. The strategies can also be expanded in coaching to help deal with new situations and concerns as they arise. |
